Two complimentary bottles of Prosecco per table. If you would like to purchase extra bottles of drinks for your table/seats in advance please do contact us to arrange this.

Food is supplied by The Happy Food Company with vegetarian options available.

A full evening of boxing of up to 15 fights

Dress code: smart casual

SCHEDULE

Doors open for drinks and food at 5pm

Bar Opens 5pm

Boxing Begins 6pm

Charity Auction Interval 8pm

Boxing 8:30 - 11:30pm

There will be a program of events on your table

FOOD & DRINK

Upon 5pm arrival guests will have two bottles of complimentary Prosecco already on the table and food served upon being seated. There is access to the bar throughout the evening. We advise that you are seated by 5:45pm ready for the show to begin.

DRESS CODE

Smart casual - e.g. gents jeans and shirt, ladies smart casual dresses (or as bling as you like) or trousers and smart top. No football t-shirts but trainers are permitted.

SEATING

Upon arrival you will be given a table number to locate within the venue. We request that during the boxing you remain within your allocated seating area in an orderly manner and do not approach the ringside at any time during the evening unless invited forward by the host.

CHARITY AUCTION

There will be a short interval around half way through the evening where a charity auction will take place in aid of The Balsam Centre. The main boxing will follow on from this.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We will have a professional photographer attending the evening who will be taking photos of everybody and the fighters. Buying a ticket gives consent to use any photography of the night on social media.

GUESTS SECURITY

We would like to remind all visitors that we have a zero tolerance policy on aggressive behaviour and public violence. If any persons is deemed to be behaving in this manner will be quickly removed from the premises by security. So best behaviour please everyone and just enjoy the show.

LOCATION & PARKING

The event is being held at Wincanton Sports Centre, West Hill, BA9 9SP. There is parking on site.
